On October 14, 2007 I placed an order for shape magazine and I have yet to receive an issue. I paid $49.00 by check and $10.00 by cash because they get more points for that.

On January 21, 2008 I sent a letter to Element Sales Inc in regards to this stating that I wanted to be refunded or atleast start to receive my issues of the magazine. I have yet to get a response from them.

I will never let someone come to my door again and talk me into purchasing from Element Sales Inc. I am totally dissatisfied and angry that I'm out $59.00.
