Element Sales, Inc. Non-delivery of magazines - Door-to-door fraudsters and scammers St. Joseph Missouri

On October 5, 2007, I was solicited door-to-door by sales agent Edwin O. I purchased from him 26 issues of Cosmopolitan magazine, totaling $45.00 ($30 for the magazines and a $15 process handling fee). I was told the magazines could take as much a 2 months to begin arriving. On my receipt which I retained, it promises delivery within 120 days.

As of March 27, 2008, I still have not received my magazine subscription. I found the sales agent and company on myspace.com, and tried contacting the sales agent via the site about my subscription, but received no response. I am very angry that this sales agent, and thus this company, have effectively stolen my money. I would be satisfied if I just got the goods that I paid for.
