I purchased 1 magazine from the company on January 10th 2008, the very next day sent in my "notice of cancellation" (made a copy of course!) 3 days later my check cleared. Now it is Feb. 25th and I still have yet to see my refund. I have tried calling the company, all I get is voicemail. It makes a clear statement on the back that "If you cancel, any payments made by you under the contract or sale and any negotiable instruments executed by you will be returned within 10 business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice"
I have not received a receipt of cancellation and I am beginning to question if I will get one. I am keeping this open because I have just started to pursue my refund, but will update as time moves on.

BBB of Missouri sent me a email this week stating that they can't help me with my case due to lack of response from Element Sales, surprise surprise.

I think I found the answer to get help from this company!
You need to go to bbb.org
They solve around 70% of their cases and have solved a few from this company! You need all the information from your reciept but I am hoping for the best!
Also, the address is 3909 Faraon street. Some people have been using Faron Street which isn't a correct address and may be part of the problem. I will update again if the BBB helps or doesn't but it seems more promising than just calling and waiting.
