 I came here after researching a location to install an ignition interlock device on my 2015 honda civic when i came it took them over 30 minutes for someone to help me even though I had made an appointment .I felt something was not right when they asked me to pay cash only but fair enough i was given a reciept and agreed to everything The problem was when i came into the dealership and told them i had the device installed they told me that the warranty on my brand new vehicle is void because this company cut into the factory wiring harness! I was not advised of this by anyone otherwise why would pay to damage my vehicle I attempted to call this place and when they finally answered they told me the owner was unavailable and the customer service rep was out to lunch I still havent recieved a call. I later contacted the company directed me to them Intoxilock and explained my situation and they said that they do not practice cuting into new vehicles wiring that they merely "tap" into them , but this is not the case on my 2015 honda now the dealer is asking me to spend $1200 to replace an ignition wiring harness and program a key all because this place has bad install practice I will sue this business for damaging my car Beware of this place
