I ordered a Elly's Professional Hair Straightner from Elly's World

Never received my product. Which the product cost $49.97

My order was sent on 8/1/2017

The website is no longer available with no address or phone number for contact

I have been advantage by this website I wish I had done more research

I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in my State

Elly's World Well I ordered a flat iron from them that they advertised on Facebook. They had a special for $49.99. I ordered this in August and supposed if received email saying when I will receive my package, but never received that confirmation. Only thing I received was a confirmation that I paid for it and order number. It did say will take 4 to 6 weeks. Never received and they took my money. I did emailed them last week to find out why I haven't received my package and haven't received a call or email. I told them that if they couldn't send me my flat iron that I wanted my money back. Is being advertised on Facebook Internet
