On July 30 2017, I purchased a Steam Hair Straightener x 1 from an advertisement that Ellys World had put on FB.

This Steam is $49.97 USD, I purchased it and I did received a confirmation from them about my order.

So, I kept following up weeks later with them through support@ellysworld.com for my order but no response at all, even the website have put down whenever i tried look up the phone #.

I want my $ BACK!
