my problem started unknowing to me about four months ago with no notice, my insurance lapsed and as soon as I discovered a new policy was put in force, therefore they canceled theres with cancellation notice to me but didn't honor it, so they keep claiming that my payments are late and take money out of my payment.

now I have two escrows for insurance with the present policy that I pay for, reported to credit that I was late four times 30 days,now they want a addittional 800.00 dls to go with money held in suspence acct, also claim that this escrow stays for the life of loan, but don't seem quite able to prove to me on paper, they refuse to fax or send copys of any kind, won't give phone number or extentsion out. the people that I am complaining are lance bell, tracey, carlos, alan, cory don't know how to fix the problem.

the present insurance policy expires 7-2007 they want collect money now in advance.
