EMC Mortgage Can't add nor reconcile accounts Lewisville Texas

Oh yea, isn't he still the president? Or is it Hillary? I do have a copy of my paperwork but it isn't what I agreed to........they(EMC) is demanding I increase my homeowners insurance to cover my "mortgage" in full but lo and behold after speaking with my insurance company I was told that it's illegal to insure for more than what the buildings are worth..go figure emc wants to enlist me to defraud my own insurance company plus let them steal my home.?? Bad enough but their notary from Maryland stamped my loan in my home in massachusetts with a maryland state seal. It's a void contract........ My pets are adopted from kill pounds and not rehomable so where's that leave them? Dead of course. Kids? Can't they sleep on a park bench in the middle of the winter? I wonder if the perps of this huge mess would let their pets be killed and allow their kids to sleep on a park bench.....that would question as to whether they really have a heart/feelings The frustration we, the victims are suffering with is disgusting and there doesn't seem to be anyone helping. Sure I hear a lot of lip service going on but getting to the nitty gritty of it no one is helping. It's still being allowed to continue.....katiekei

You should go down to your court house and get a copy of your files and then reread your mortgage contract.

Do some homework and read about RESPA laws and other laws regarding real estate, mortgages, look for info about ''Mortgage Servicing Fraud'' and ''Predatory Lending''. You might want to look for message forums, I found a lot of help there.

I can't find anyone in the Government that is willing to PROTECT us...Good Luck!

So here we are waiting for the grim reaper, aka: bear stearns to steal our homes from us, no representatives are jumping in to help(too busy with re-elections I guess), lawyers won't touch this without a deposit(which is non-existent because we've been bled dry),our credit is ruined, our jobs are in jeapordy(no wheels to get there), what about our family pets?, should we just kill them?, where do we live?, landlords do credit checks and we know how the wheels go 'round n 'round....what kind of people are these mortgage persons that are blatantly getting away with grand larceny everyday and not being punished? Bear Stearns and EMC commit these criminal acts *intentionally* to increase bogus extra charges and escalate their chances of an illegally premature foreclosure. They get away with these tactics as does
Citi Residential*,
Ameriquest (now defunct) and AMC (also defunct) because there are little or no adequate laws to restrict them and almost no law enforcement authorities who are willing to attempt to fix the problems. If you are dealing with Bear Stearns/EMC in my view you have the most corrupt registered company or corporation in American history.

Unfortunately what can and must be done is up to us individually.

Contact me or better yet ask publically and I'll tell you what can be done about EMC, BS, and others like Citi Residential. Better yet, post your specifics on this forum. I promise to try to help you and I'd like others who have been victimized by predators like EMC, Bear Stearns and Citi Residential to exchange specifics and seek remedies as well. I need examples of their corporate and suspense fees, and corporate advance funds. These are the areas in which great deals of funds are illegally accumulated by the Citi Residential and EMC/Bear Stearns.
