EMC Mortgage They ignore my communication. I have every cancelled check - I am not behind Lewisville Texas

I have proof and have faxed to EMC that I have made every payment but the fax number where I send the information is not reviewed by the collection department. It started back in October. I called to make a payment over the phone and the person who took the payment was not sure she couldmake it happen. So on October 25th I saw that my mortgage payment had still not been deducted from my account! So I overnighted them a payment so I would not be 30 days past due. That check cleared the bank.

Then on December 27 I get a letter from them saying that they are going to process the check by phone --- TWO MONTHS LATER!!!! The money was not there but I already sent them a mortgage payment! they charged me an nsf fee and now they are still not crediting me all my payments.

I faxed my cancelled checks to their mortgage department but nobody has seen them. I faxed them 4 times!!!!

They are ignoring them and sending me late notices!!! I am not behind. I have been overnighting payments every month so that I have proof of delivery
