Encore Payment Systems Misleading to IBA's (Independent Sales) Nationwide

 This company was misleading about various things from the start. Their job postings show that they offer medical, dental, and vision. Good luck getting any info on that from them. This is amazing since our government currently penalizes people for not having medical coverage. How can companies get away with falsely showing that they are offering these benefits? The recruiter told me benefits were effective day one but I did not receive any info after repeatedly asking. I did not stay long, I did not feel comfortable working on commission for a company where almost everything they said didn't happen the way they said it would
