I recently (three months ago) tried to cancel service with this company. every time i called either no one answered or very long wait times.When i did finally get someone to answer they put me on hold to transfer me to the right department, which never got answered. A few days later i finally get through to someone and they tell me to email the cancellation to them so i did which sent back undeliverable mail. called back the next day very rude person tells me i sent cancellation to wrong email and they don't except over the phone cancellations.so i send email and it comes back undeliverable mail. oh and they want to charge me early termination fee and won't let me speak to a supervisor.big big thumbs down for this crooked company. I hope they get what they deserve.
