Ordered a $1000 motor by giving them the VIN for the car. Their website guarantees the part to fit and to be exactly what you car needs. The motor arrived and was the wrong one for our vehicle. We called them several times and after several frustrating interactions and several days, eventually got a bill of lading and they came to pick up the motor, saying that there would be a full refund issued. They picked up the motor a week ago, and I checked my account to find a refund for $260. They are claiming that it's our fault they sent the wrong motor. When you call, they transfer you to a number to leave a message on an extension that just rings and rings and rings. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! THEY ARE SHYSTERS!!
