Southwest Engines ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION WORLD, SW ENGINES, SWE DISHONEST in sale, RUDE, DISHONEST after sale, RIP OFFS Internet

We purchased a engine that included a supercharger with Southwest Engines 9/18/12  The engine arrived 10/11/12  with no supercharger. Southwest engine told us we would receive it in a couple of days. We called again after not receiving it and were told that it will take at least 2 weeks before we receive it. It did not come we called again and
they said the supercharger was not included.
 
After many phone calls they now say it was lost during shipping and they are in a dispute with the freight line and that the freight line is responsible and more than likely they will pay for it and they were not going to replace the
supercharger. We contacted freight liner to verify this dispute and they could not because there is no dispute with SWE about this shipment.  Contacted SWE again and we were sent a voice mail and left a  message to call us back and not once have any of them called us back. Contact where the engine with super charger originally came from and was shipped from Engine and Transmission World, Eugene, OR. Gave them all info and they told us no supercharger was shipped out with this engine and they never sale any engine with the super charger. We then told them it's on the invoice we received from SWE ***includes supercharger*** and would they send us all paper work that SWE sent to them when ordering this engine with super charger and thye told us that we were putting them between a rock and a hard place and they would not send any paperwork and to contact SWE about this matter. 3/21/13
