Enhanced Services Billing Inc - ESBI Billview Support systems line charges unauthorized fees to unsuspecting random individuals Internet

This company placed a 14.95 charge on my comporium telephone bill with no authorization, permission, or approval.  I called the referenced billing number 8884583724 which goes to Billview a foreign (offshore) company on the net that informed me that another company had billed me at 877 376 6502 and they transferred me to that company.  After reaching that company that acknowledge the charges were inappropriate and stated they were going to reverse the charges.  I have had to put a block on my phone as a result of this illegal activity.  These people are scamming and slamming millions of dollars from Americans and need to be investigated, prosecuted and jailed.
