Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. (ESBI) VERIZON SCAM, Unauthorized, Portland tennessee

this so called esbi, which i am not sure what it is takes advantage of people. they have charged me since last july, 2007, without any authorization to charge me for whatever their service is. i called last month and told them what they were doing and they said they would take the charges off. they did take off 3 of those charges but still have 4 other ones charged to my bill. i told verizon to put a block on this esbi but i ended up with another one this month. esbi did this to me before and i think they need to be taken to court and sued for unauthorized useage of people.
