I was charged $13.32 for a voice mail service I do not have. Upon calling the 800 number provided it seems to route me to the desired destination to correct the problem. But then the line becomes silent until the phone is disconnected.

I searched online at the supplied email address and this is the site in which I am directed. I refuse to pay the charge but would like to find out what kind of scam this is. And warn other people about it. If it is not a scam but merely a misunderstanding, the company needs to correct the problem. And not leave customers in the dark.
