Erik Owen Learvell Commits Perjury, A Disbarred Attorney.
He has no respect for the law!
Erik Owen Leavell is obviously a very disturbed individual. Let me give you a narrative of what he has done:
He file a police report against me, Jerome David Hoffman, at Cobb County Superior Court, Cobb County, GA, and stated, “I threatened his life.” In the warrant, he said he had a witness named Thomas Mathes, of 155 Windy Way, Douglas Field, GA 30134.
HE SIMULTANEOUSLY CALLS FOX NEWS AND TELLS THEM THAT THERE'S A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST.
At the hearing, the witness does not show up, because he know that Erik committed perjury, and of course the case was dismissed because Thomas knew it wasn't true. This is what we're dealing with and now you've got to ask the question, who put him up to this, was it a food company we're in competition with and taking market share?
