Evaluation Solutions is a national real estate valuation company based in Jacksonville, Fl. In other words they offer BPOs (Broker Price Opinions to BOTH banks and foreclosure companies).

We were asked to perform two BPOs within 12 hours.

We were also offered the lowest rate any BPO company has offered us.

The agent representing Evaluation Solutions, named Rameka Ewell, was desperate and so we accepted.

The BPO form is a nightmare to fill out and three times as consuming as others such as Trinity.

The poor rep was clueless too.

As we finished with the first one we asked how fast they pay.

We were told by another rep..."VERY SLOWLY!!! You have to harass them to get the money out of them....After 30 days just keep calling..."

Well our rep never picks up anymore and there is NO company secretary or front dest to answer calls...so basically it is setup to fend off angry realtors who want to get PAID.

This company is horrible. Do not use their services.
