Expedited Passports and Visas Did not supply the overnight delivery I paid for. Boca Raton Florida

They are not as convenient and fast as they promise. I needed a passport ASAP and paid for two day processing as I needed it for a work permit approval overseas. I contacted them and waited an hour for their call and they wanted payment information. When I gave it to them, they said if I mailed my passport on that day (Tuesday) I would have it back by Friday and they took my money. Their website says an agent will call within one hour. I waited 3 hours for the call. I had everything good to go and paid for overnight shipping and it landed at 9:43am Wednesday.

They told me that Fedex delayed the package and that 9:43am was TOO LATE for them to get started that day and that it was Fedex's fault. On Thursday, they gave me a call saying my passport was anticipated for release and they gave me a Fedex tracking number. On Friday, Fedex said they still had not received the package from them. I called to figure out what happened and they said the government must have held it and that it was now the government's fault. Still, I paid for overnight shipping, but Fedex said the delivery was scheduled for Monday by 6pm.

I called the agent again asking what is going on and they said the would try to get it delivered on Saturday, and would call me back. I never received a call back and on Saturday morning, it was only 110 miles from me. I asked the agent I spoke to to call me again, but that didn't happen. Sunday went by. I then expected it to arrive early in the morning since I paid for overnight delivery, but it did not come until the afternoon. I had to message the company for three days to get a call back from the guy who said he would try to get it to me on Saturday. I paid for overnight delivery, but they must have chose leisurely delivery. I got the package to them within 18 hours. It took them four days to get it back to me.

I paid about Five Hundred and Forty Nine Dollars for Two Day Service and it took almost a week, including a hundred and thirty nine just for shipping.
I asked about the refunds and 100% satisfaction, and they said they are not to blame for any delays and pointed fingers elsewhere.
