Face 2 Face face to face sales solutions I GOT FIRED FOR HAVING A MISCARRIAGE AND THEY STILL WON'T PAY ME MY MONEY new york , New York

I took a job with face2face back in August of 2011 to make some much needed money because I was pregnant; a few weeks later as I just started making some kind of income, I had a miscarriage.

We had daily meeting before we went out in the field; the meetings were at 8:30 am and lasted about 45 to 60 min; we will all be standing up for these meetings where we are constantly yelled at and cursed at by the regional director Ana Guerra.
The meetings were never about congratulating us on the job done or encouraging us to go out and do better. Every meeting was a beat down and a way for Ms Guerra to take out her anger and frustrations on the sales reps.

I was 4 month pregnant then, I will travel 1h30min from my place to the office, then from the office to the turf was another hour at least; then we have to come back to the office to drop off the marketing material because we are not allow to take them home. So in all I was commuting 5 hours a day and then walking 4-5hours on turf to try and make a sale.
I could have left after finding out how demanding the position was but I needed the money and I honestly did see potential there; so I told myself that I will be fine.

On Monday Sep 26th. I was 5min late to the morning meeting; Ms Guerra asked me then to return home because I was late. Later that day, I noticed I was loosing blood, I went to the hospital and was told that there was nothing to be done for me, I was losing the baby. I was 5 months Pregnant.

On Wednesday I informed my supervisor of the situation, we told me to take all the time necessary and get well. I made my way to the office on Friday that same week to get my check and was handed a check for $3 because I had some orders canceled.

 The following week I return to get my check again and this time I double checked to make sure that my orders were not canceled, I was told that there is no check for me because I was no longer with the company and that it is standard procedure to hold the last check.
I did not quite my job, how do you take me off payroll a week after I have a miscarriage and hold my check for no reason? 
I try explaining to them that I needed the money to bury the remains of my baby, I have no insurance and no money; there must be some kind of mistake. 2 months later still no money, I emailed the CEO, the COO, the CFO of the company, no answer from them. 

 It's been 3 months now since I've lost my child. I am still trying to get my money from this company, 
it's only about $700.
