Fairbanks Capitol Aka Loan Servicing Center Ripoff, Disappearing Principal Payments, excessive fees, unlawful charges Salt Lake City Utah

I got behind but then when I tried to catch up, found numerous fees never shown on the billing, finally was told Jan, 2002 was caught up and sent over $2,000 in extra principal payments, these would be placed in unapplied funds and not given to principal, finally part was placed to principal but not all $600 never credited to principal, wrote 4 letters of complaint only 1 was ever answered or shows on the company records.

Additional fees charged for fax fees (never received any faxes), mortgage history fees, never requested these or received them, amortization schedule charged for and never received. Have never gotten satisfaction. Please note they are under federal court indictment and supposed to settle for $40,000 million dollars, am part of the class action lawsuit. Will we ever see any of the money?
