Fairbanks Capitol Aka Loan Servicing Center ripoff business from hell Salt Lake City Utah

We were behind on our loan and contacted Fairbanks Capitol to work somethinf out. We sent an agreed amount and 2 weeks later our ck came back to us stating that our house went to Forclosure.

That was not the agreement and every time we called Fairbanks we had to talk to someone else that had no idea what was going on and there was nothing that could be done, the house was allready in forclosure.

When we did get to talk to someone they couldn speak english and our house was then scheduled for sheriff sale, we had allready filed bankruptcy and was considering filling on the house as well.

We finally got to talk to someone hours (not days), but hours before the sherriff sale and worked out a forbearence agreement with Fairbanks, they forced us into this, would not accept payment which put us even further behind.

Now it is time to contact Fairbanks for our payment by April 3rd and no one will call us back before time runs out and they will put our house right back into foreclosure again.

Fairbanks employees are rude, nasty, I can't believe any one would work for this co. I have been called nasty names by there employees when you actually get to talk to someone, hung up on and now that were behind they've addad all kinds of fees attached

This co even sent me a bill for 100.00$ just because they said they drove past my home and was going to bill me
for this.

There should be a law against this kind of mortgage co, they should not be able to do business any where.

I can go on about much much more how this co has been voulger, rude, they disconnet you, hang up on you and we've have done everything they said for us to do and now we are in threat of loosing our house again

please help

Is there a civil suite for this co or how do I start one either in Ohio of Utah or whereever or whatever it takes, we may loose our house, but we are good honest people trying to make a living and I dont wan't anyone else to ever have to go through what we have been through in the last year
