Fairbanks bought my mortgage from Equicredit. They have harrassed money for payment starting on the 2nd day of each month, they lost payments & or awful to work with. NASTY!
We decided to refinance the house just to get rid of them. To get them to be satisfied, we had to pay one extra payment(suppose to get it back) plus $150 in unpaid fees?(What unpaid fees?)
I know other people that have had insurance lapse etc. Everything is to get more money from you. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED BY SOMEBODY. We are just hard working people and to be taken advantage of by these head hunters is awful. I am notifying after reading all these messages everyone that might be able to put them out of business.
