I live in Babylon Village but main office is in Commack New York Since renting October 1, 2009, we have had ongoing issues with no heat, severe banging of pipes as if a bomb is going off, no hot water. Phone calls are never returned for maintenance issues....water backing up in tub and toilet bowl...front screen door does not lock..broken filthy verticals that were supposed to be new....walls never painted or spackled properly...vibration below apartment in basement from other peoples heating units....when heating proplem was reported to Steven Feldman at the Babylon Building Department our lease was not renewed due to us complaining until Warren Berger the attorney for Fairfield and brother of the owner got involved and renewed our lease . Fairfield Properties is a scamming operation who refuses to fix anything that goes wrong in your apartment, refuses to return phone calls and has ripped people off of their security for years. It is time something is done to stop this injustice.
