Fairfield North Patchogue Fairfield Properties,LLC Property super disrespectful. Refuses to do maintenance. Patchogue New York

I lived in fairlield north Patchogue for almost 4 years. During the first year the dishwasher failed. So I asked to have a new one put in. It took almost two weeks to get one. The super gave me hell. A day later the new dishwasher started leaking, so I requested a new one be installed because of the leak. I moved out 3/28/14 And to this day the leaky dishwasher is still there. I also had leaks in the bathroom I requested to have fixed.

I asked Numerous times and complained to the Main office about the maintence issues and nothing was done. I had received an email from the post office yesterday 4/2/14 stating that they had delivered a package to the apartment, even after I had all of my mail forwarded to my new address. So I stopped by the super's office, knocked on his door, introduced myself and explained what had occurred. He replies with " do I look like a f****** 7-11?" And slammed the door in my face. So I left. And here is the reason for this post.

  Fairfield  stands by employees like this. And they do nothing to compensate their tenants for the issues that arise from lack of maintence. I feel this place is a total rip off and for the amount of money you spend to live in an apartment you shod not have to deal with such bs. i was under the impression when you rent, maintence was included. I didn't know I had to fix everything  myself.

And just one last point. The only time the super left his office is when he went to 7-11 to buy his beer. Everyday. Ironic isnt it?
