According to California law SB94 it is illegal for ANYONE in the state of California to collect an upfront fee for a loan modification. If you are a victim of Tobey West you can contact the California Department of Real Estate and the Federal Trade Commission FTC.

My suggestion is to contact the FTC and file a complaint. Show them all the complaints ripoffreport.com and they will expolde with anger and hunt down Tobias West and bring this vile puke to justice.

Also if you paid by check by phone, just call your bank and tell them you were scammed, give them the check number, amount and who it was written too and the date and they will reverse the charge immedaitely. Also file a complaint with the Los Angeles District attorneies office and your local FBI branch. If you are out of state this would be considered wire fruad.

Ive done all the above things and recieved my money back. you can too.
