Todd aka Tobias West never paid me my last check and fired me because i wouldnt read my script and sucker people into paying thousands of dollars just so he can parade his wife around the office with her brand new Prada and Gucci piurses. I spoke to an attorney about suing Legal Affiliates Group and Tobias West but according to California law SB94 it is illegal for ANYONE in the state of California to collect an upfront fee for a loan modification therefore I have no case on lost wages. Just show up to 3325 Wilshire Blvd. Unit 940. Los Angeles, CA 90010 and demand Todd refunds your money. Also there are attorneys that will help you file a class action lawsuite against this scumbag but the truth is, I would just file a complait with the FTC and DRE. with enough complaints they will shut this scumbag down plus take everyone to jail that is conspiring with him. Believe me i worked there and I was treated like s**t and was fired without getting my last paycheck. I will personally meet you down there and point him out to you.

Tobey West, Tobias I.A. West, Todd West, Todd Goodman owner of Family 1st Home Preservations, Legal Affiliates Group, Loan Educators, Family First Home Preservation Services. Tobey uses the alias Todd so people don’t know his real name. I was an employee of Tobey and I know personally he has ripped off all his clients. He never submitted one file to the bank. He just takes client’s money and then never does anything to help them. He also doesn’t pay commissions to his sales people. Everything I was told to tell my clients was prefabricated on a script that we are told to use or we would be fired. Tobey also parades his Arab wife around the office. He buys her Gucci and Prada purses meanwhile clients are losing their houses and his employees aren’t getting paid.

Tobey uses a virtual office and claims his company is based out of Beverly Hills, CA but the truth is, he is located in a Downtown Los Angeles. His exact physical address is 3325 Wilshire Blvd. Unit 940. Los Angeles, CA 90010. Tobey West also hangs his California Real Estate License at Nourmand and Associates located at 6525 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA.

According to California law SB94 it is illegal for ANYONE in the state of California to collect an upfront fee for a loan modification. If you are a victim of Tobey West you can contact the California Department of Real Estate and the Federal Trade Commission FTC.

If my post isnt legiimate, please contact the California Attorney Generals Office and ask if there are any open complaints against Family 1st Preservation Department. Also the California Department of Real Estate as well as the Attorney General issued a warning about scam companies like Family 1st Preservation. They are in violation of Senate Bill 94. Do not give these companies up front money. The address to their operation is on Wilshire. Please contact me if you need the owners cell phone number as well as his office location where he operates his boiler room.

If you need help modifying your loan, do it yourself. Dont pay them, they will not do any work. They've changed their company name 5x already. The owner is under investigation by the authorities and he isnt even aware of it. He collects money from hundreds of ppl, sits on the file, performs no work and shuts down his business and opens up another entity with a completely different name. He thinks he's smart but he's dumb! He's going to get caught and its just a matter of time. And by the way, he never attempted to contact me to resolve any matter. I am one of the many ex employees who used to work for him.

We have verified that the address contained in this post belongs to the offices of an energy company called Montauge Energy. The people mentioned in the post have no affiliation with our company, and the authors of the post have been contacted for resolution. It seems that the author has played a hoax on the employees of Montauge Energy in order to inconvenience them. 

WE HAVE ALSO RESEARCHED THE LEGITIMACY OF ALL LEGAL AFFILIATES COMPANY COMPLAINTS CONTAINED ON THIS WEBSITE, AND HAVE FOUND THAT ALL OF THE AUTHORS  IP ADDRESSES ARE FROM THE SAME LOCATION HERE IN LOS ANGELES. AND THAT NONE OF THE COMPLAINANTS/AUTHORS HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT US TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. WHICH LEADS US TO BELIEVE THAT THESE POSTS ARE FAKE AND LIBELOUS. THE INTENT OF WHICH ARE TO CAUSE HARM TO OUR REPUTATION AND OUR BUSINESS AS A WHOLE.
