Were you a client of ours at one point? That loan help company has been out of business for over a year now, and I stepped down as CEO long before that. When the company shut down it was under new management, but it seems that I got the backlash from their actions.

They almost got me....Thank God when B of A sent me a fed x regarding my request for a modification it was in time for my credit union to step in and help me. It did set of an ongoing frustration with B of A with missed calls and not able to talk to my case manager until I contacted FHA who put me through to a B of A escalation team. But at least I was saved from any loss with a lot of persistence and staying on top of it until I was released from the foreclosure net. SO.... for those of you not so fortunate I have voice mails from Jeff,,,, the original Home preservation rep that contacted me.....  From Nathan,,,, the contact person Jeff handed me off to,,, And Angela,,, the person who verified my case before handing it off to their so called underwriting department. I saved the voice mails from them to me in case I needed to prove what happened. Now I offer these voice mails to help everyone that it may help if you need to prove this scam,,,, just contact me and you have their voices committing this crime.

Personally I have not received my refund yet, but i have filled a formal complaint with the FBI and FTC. I was deposed 6 days ago and I signed all the paperwork to move forward as a witness for the Federal Governmnt. All you have to do is contact Miry Kim at the FTC to file your compliant. Just show her all the compliants on Ripoff report and she will explode. He lives for putting filth like this in jail!!!

Also please contact Nourmand and Associates located at 6525 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028. His manager name is Howard Lorey. Howard Lorey has all of Tobias West contact information including home address, current telephone number, date of birth, social security number and physical description. I guarantee you if you contact Howard he will not only have Tobias contact you but he will also contact the California Attorney General, DRE and the FTC.
