In regards to this company, I am exhausted by the idea of how these types of organizations can continuously use unfair methods to intimidate and bully people, who have honestly stumbled upon tough financial times.

I feel this particular group uses their "lawyer" status as a method of attempting to obtain information about people who may or may not owe a debt that somehow how they obtained  and now are trying to collect "junk debt" from people. 


I have had a horrible time with these people.  I have not yet been granted with information, I requested in writing.  They claim they have "Lawsuits", but it almost does not seem valid to me.  They demand personal information in a form of a "subpoena", but that does not appear right.  I learned certain information they cannot ask.  I should not be obligated to this.

I had tried times to settle this, yet they cashed in money I paid, however, these "documents" do not display that it was accounted for.  In fact, how could there be a "lawsuit", if the individual on the phone, said you can pay this proposed amount, he gave.  I want things on paper, before anything else is paid to them.  I can barely afford even that.  This same person even said to me, "I do not understand, why you are making a big deal of this?" 

There seems to be contradiction and I am not receiving any information about exact details of this debt. 


They are quick to send their "Lawsuit" letters, but nothing else I request.  I am convinced their "psychology" is, using "court", "arrest" terminology, they will bully people into paying.  I am very tired of being threatened and harassed in this manner by any of these individuals who are involved with this company.  I am appalled of how such people could be in business and be allowed to make people feel shameful and distraught.
