Fein Such Kahn And Shepard P.C. Laridian Consulting Bank of America, Jackson Capital Information stolen levy on bank account Parsippany, New Jersey

Hello,

I don't even know where to start.  My husband I are totally upset about this situation.  We found out that there was a "levy" on our Bank Of America account.  After calling the Bank Of America Legal department which were rude and useless they mentioned to me that they were served by a county sheriff from the NJ count court house.  This was in regards to a Credit Card bill which I PAID in 2004.  Almost (9) years later i come to find that my information was sold to FEIN SUCH from Jackson Capital, March of this year. 

Without doing any research Bank Of America states they had a court order to remove 6,100.00 from my account.  I never received any letters, e-mail's or phone calls about this matter.  I just stumbled on this when I was looking at my account.  I contacted my lawyer who said that Bank Of America has to fax over paper work showing you having this debt, which after telling this to them they couldn't.  The only info they can give me is a phone number to the officer, which of course when I call this number it loops into a VM over and over again. 

After during research on line and seeing this company on this site, I now know this is a FRAUD and will start my legal actions.
