Fero's Stash Box Sold lifetime license for Craigslist Autoflagger that only lasted for 6 weeks, never responds to support requests, Internet

On January 19, 2011,  I purchased a lifetime license for Craigslist Autoflagger software from Ferostashbox.com for $60.00 US. The software kept crashing and didn't work. I emailed the support address and received an auto-response that that said they would get back to me as soon as possible. They never did yet as of now, 6 weeks later. I managed to figure out that changing a default setting allowed the software to run without crashing and was able to use it. Now the software has spontaneously returned to demo mode and my "lifetime" license will not work anymore. I tried emailing them again, but they obviously do not support this product as they claim, and they have failed to respond. Now I am out $60.
