The one highlight Festiva offered that we lead us to purchase this club's offering over others was the ability to obtain 'LAST MINUTE DEALS'.   Since we attained this timeshare (three years now) we have not be successful in obtaining a reservation.  Just in the past two weeks we booked one through their online portal and one via their customer service rep, and both were cancelled after paying and having to wait 5 days for them to call back with a cancellation.

You can well imagine having to wait 5 days for a last minute deal, much less 10 days!   Makes the idea of booking a last minute deal moot!!   We did this only because we were trying to give Festiva the 'benefit of the doubt' since we've been unable to take advantage of the only feature that made us purchase their product.

The other reason no one should ever purchase from them is their lack of customer service, no matter what you will not be able to speak to anyone or get any assistance with your booking, no alternatives are offered.   I am truly beginning to belive they are a scam and do not have access to the propertys they offer.
