Festiva Adventure Club Liars, Scam artist, took my kindness for weakness Maine Nationwide

 I've been a member with Festiva for 3years and have yet been able to use my timeshare because of the regulations that they explained to me...to sum it up in order to book reservations you must wait last minute to see if rooms/suites/resorts is available for the dates you requested and if not you lose. I work a full time job so I am required to make advance notice to my boss when i need vaction time, this is not fare to my family and I to take a chance to book a reservation at a resort or somewhere and it may not be guaranteed availibility for us upon arrival.

Festiva withdrawals my hard earn money out my account every month faithfully but can't accomadate me with what i want for me and my family to enjoy our vacations. Im reading everyone's complaint but i need to know how can we get out of this mess. Its waay too expensive to pay for this timeshare and not be able to use cause your points are not enough or reservation has magically disappeared cause supposely their excuse is that you must book days in advance for your room.

What makes me even more mad is that this thing is like a bill that i'm paying for but can't enjoy and in order to get rid of it i have to scam someone else into buying it off of me which would NOT be fare to the next person. I NEED A LAWYER CAUSE THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN FOR SCAMMING HARD WORKING CITIZENS LIKE MYSELF THAT CAN'T BE ACCOMODATED. I WANT OUT OF THEIR CONTRACT AND WANT ALL MY MONEY RETURNED !!!
