Fidelity Warranty Services,Inc claims adjuster deerfield beach Florida

I bought a 2011 Porsche Cayman S.I was told Fidelity Warranty was a good place to insure the tires and rims.I left a loose landscape brick sit at the edge of my drive while changing the shape of the flower plot.It was on the very edge of the drive.I back the car out of the garage and barely nudged it.It tore a three corner rip as it caught the tire at the very edge of the belt.Pop!    Called Fidelity,told them what had happened.I told them I was going to take the tire to the dealer and have it replaced.They said the dealer would handle the claim.    Dealer tried to get claim resolved.Fidelity Warranty said 1:it occured on private property and was therefore not warrantable, 2:the car was not towed the fifty five miles to the dealer for them to inspec it,therefore they would not honor the claim, 3:the wheel had been remove from the car,therefore they would not honor the claim,4:they did not have a picture of the wheel on the car,damaged,therefore,you guessed it,they would not honor the claim.   These people are scams.I took the front wheels to Harmony Motors,the Porsche dealer in Ashville,NC.They had another car with tire and wheel damage that had stranded the man there for a week trying to deal with Fidelity,getting the same results.  I called again today to try and get them to reconsider.I was told they do not honor claims on private property,tires removed from the vehicle,undocumented by photo, or anything else it would seem.They had no problem cashing my check for the $1064 when I bought the car.This is a worthless policy.I want my money back.  Thank You
