Financial Help Services This company took my money but did not pay my bills according to my contract. Fort Lauderdale Florida

This company financial Help Services has been withdrawing funds of $487.50 out of my checking account for the past 4 months; June, July, August and September 2014 and have not payed my bills according to the contract agreement. I have called them several times each month and left several messages for the manager to call me and have never received a call back. my debators have sent me letters that they have dropped me from this service, because of none Payment. I want to know where my $1950.00 has gone??? I had to barrow the money and take care of my final bills on my own as of 9/26/2014. I just want my money back. I am elderly woman on a fixed income and I need my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever. I now have to wait and see if I will ever receive the money they took from my account without paying the bills they were obligated to pay.
