financial help services American debt relief debited bank account have not made payments to creditors Fort Lauderdale Florida

This company has debited my bank account  for the sole reason to pay creditors in a credit service for repayment plan to credit cards. The last 2 debits out of my bank account to them in the amount of 562.00 eacheck to pay several different creditors they have not paid these creditors since july 2014 was the last payments made. They have not made august or Sept payment and they still have my money. Now I am getting late fees and higher interest rate charged to my creditors just unduing what I hired them to do. They will not return calls or answer phone will put u in hold for hours at a time. The two " counselor " that zi have dealt with are Robert Cabrera and Harold Duque and also Ivanne Albrann. I am at my wits end that they can get away with this. They will not get away with this from me. I AM TAKING THIS ALL THEY WAY.AND IF U RIPPOFFREPOT DON'T INTERVENE ALSO I WILL REPORT YOU ALSO. THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO REPORT THESE RIPOFFS.
