I contacted these people in May 2003 after I saw their deceptive commercial. I received paperwork from them a few weeks later. I held the paper work and didn't sign it I was skeptical. During that time they had began withdrawing money from my account weekly causing several overdraft charges with their unexpected debits.

Meanwhile I still Hadn't signed this contract. Their people called and harrassed me night and day to get that signed and return it in order for them to ship my computer, they even were leaving messages on my answering machine, and offered me a $100 discount if I signed and returned that paperwork.

I finally faxed it to them 13 weeks later in August 2003,I decided to cancel the account and asked for a refund that's when their true colors came out. I called asked to speak to a manager, of course they were assisting other callers. No one never called me back when I did leave a message. One girl, Joy, thought she had me on hold and said "this chick think she getting a refund but little do she know we got her paperwork." Anyway I would like the BBB to shut this operation down. What they are doing should be illegal. I want my $484 back for these jerks.
