Financing Alternatives I ordered a computer thru them they drafted my bank acct until paid in full, but did not ship the product. Chesapeake Virginia

I ordered a computer through Financing Alternatives Inc. and authorized a bank draft of my acct.Although I was keeping in touch with them concerning my order, and they did reply back (Tanya S.) concerning the status of my order.After numerous complaints for the delay of shipment dates they shipped me a printer for my inconenience.They informed me several times that my order would be delayed because of production problems.After six months of complaining after my order was paid in full, my emails were not being responded to and the phone number had changed. I never received my computer in which I was going to use for business purposes.At this point I was convinced that I had been ripped off. I've made several attempts since then to try to contact them for my product or a refund to no avail.
