Financing Alternatives ,Dell financing a fraud Chesepeake Virginia

I saw a commercial on T.v. in November 2006 for Dell Computers and I called the # and placed my order.
I agreed to allow them to take a monthly payment out of my account for the amount of $155.96 I have paid $1,247.96 total since December 2006 and still have not received my computer.After contacting the Finance company- Financing Alternatives, Inc they kept telling me is was on back order etc.

Today I did some research on the company and found out the company is not affiliated with Dell computers and that the company is in fact FRAUD.I have learned that I am not the only victim of this company based out of Virgina state.

I contacted Dell and they basically do not care that these people are doing this using their name and informed me that they couldn't do nothing about it which I find that hard to believe, but regardless here I sit with no computer and I'm out $1,247.68 and no one seems to give a s**t about the fact that myself and several others are out thousands of dollars.This company has made thousands of myself and others, money that we work hard for.

I have contacted legal representation to hopefully get my money back.I suggest to all those others out there that this has happened too, to stick together and pass along suggestions to get are money back and to get this company for fraud.
