Fingerhut Aka Axsys ripoff dishonest ripoffs ripoff waste of time Saint Cloud Minnesota

I recently was married and applied for a student loan, but wasn't qualified for the loan. How can I already have bad credit when I just turned 18 and have never even had my own checking account. I requested my credit report, and I figured it out. My mother who has had problems in the past with fraudulant accounts, opened a Fingerhut account under my name without my knowledge, I was 15 at the time. I called Fingerhut to explain what had happened and they said to send a dispute letter to Axsys, because they were no longer Fingerhut. I wanted to clear my credit report so I can qualify for a loan and buy a house in the future. I have sent Fingerhut/Axsys a dispute letter on my behalf, but they send back unhelpful correspondence. I havent been able to speak with anyone at this company that can help with the situation. My wife works for a lawyer, so I plan on sueing this company.
