I can only agree with all the reports previously filed with regard to First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation. I have experienced all the behavior patterns mentioned. We have been without AC since August 6, 2007. Living in Tempe,AZ during that time we have had an average temperature of 98 degrees, and 32 days over 110 degrees. Service Time AC Heating and Appliance LLC, the AC Contractor, First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation, assigned has been at the house trying to fix the problem 6 times in that period of time. The longest any of the repairs held was 48 hours. Interesting to note, as of August 10, 2007, Mr Michael Taschetta, member, Service Time AC Heating and Appliance LLC has an unsatisfactory record with the BBB of Phoenix. Another Interesting note, The BBB of Colton, CA rates First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation with a rating of BBB with 767 complaints over 36 months. 634 unresoved to customer satisfaction referring to contract terms. A quote for the BBB of Colton, undated, "we feel the number of complaints is not disproportionate to the amount of business the company transacts"
