First Data Global Leasing This company is inflexible and refuses to negociate a reasonable settlement with a very small business Denver, Colorado

As first time small business owners we signed a lease for inferior ACH processing equipment which ultimately did not meet our needs.  After 6 months of trying to negociate a fair arrangement they remain intractable and unreasonable.  Their equipment has been returned and after many attempts at settling our account in a way that is not financially difficult for us they will offer no relief.  We have negociated fair settlements with all the other companies involved and even recieved some refunds for other cancellation fees.  First Data Global Processing refuses to help us as we struggle to keep our business open.  Do not conduct any business with them if you have any other alternatives.  They are definitely not on the side of small business.  It is a sad commentary on this company that they refuse to work with us in any way.
