Realtors do not trust this company.  Do not take your education and work for free.  As Realtor we have a code of ethics and this company has no idea what that is or just doesnt care.  When they call you to do a Broker Opinion BEWARE  It has been over a year and still trying to collect.  I have called documented and even ask who is the owner/president of the company.  They have changed their name at least twice in a year.  At first they do not even tell you that it will be a 90day waiting period.  They wait until you call them and "I am sorry I thought I told you it would be a 90day waiting period"  Then when you call back months and months later you get told sorry for the delay we are getting a new president.  Then they will tell you I have you scheduled for payment this date or this week and still nothing. 

There are plenty of companies that are worthly of the work good Realtors  do and this is not one.
