Broker Price opinion engages the serivces of Real Estate agents with a promise to pay. I have not been paid and my last service to them was November 2012 they owe me over $600.00 each time I call in they return call time has changed from 24 hours to 72 hours to to receive a call back which is very rare. The story is the same everytime. Call back in two weeks and we will let you know when we will be sending your check and they never come. They are unethical and corrupt taking advantage of the Realtor@ community. Do not provide them with any service they never pay!
