Broker Price Opinion Non-payment is standard at Broker Price Opinion -- Beware! Westminster Colorado

Broker Price Opinion called me with several rush BPO requests in 2015. Innocent enough. I provided BPO reports for them on several occasions. However, getting paid for this service has proven to be more than difficult. 

After phone calls to them on a regular basis and getting bounced around between several different parties who kept telling me the same thing ('the check is in the mail'), no payment has arrived to date. This is some 7 months after services were delivered to them and Broker Price Opinion agreed to pay for any services at the 30 day mark!

The company is unethical and is prying on self-employed individuals. They customers (lenders) may or may not be aware of Broker Price Opinion's shady practices. In either case, Broker Price Opinion essentially defrauds their suppliers. It is actually amazing they are still in business. 

Beware of doing work for them, unless you wish to work for free.
