This company owes me and thousands of other real estate agents and brokers money. Offers BPO (broker price opinion) work to those in the real estate field. They owe me for several orders now for the last 3 years. I have complained to the California State Attorneys office with no help from them. Complaints to the BBB. Through the BBB they promised to make payment in 4 months and never did. That was 2 years ago. I have taken them to Small Claims and won a judgement, but not able to collect since they are out of state and a corporation.

First Valuations, Broker Price Opinion They want BPO done within 72 hrs, tell you they remit payment within 30-45 days then never pay. We did work on 1/6/15 and still have no payment. Every time we call we get that they are running behind and it will be 2 weeks then 4 weeks. Westminister Colorado
