I am a member of the class action suit that was filed on behalf of all of the agents that had done work for them and not got paid from 2016 and before.  I was owed an additional $440 for BPO's done in 2015 and then an additional $2100 for 2016.  December of 2018 I received $19.19 from the settlement with payments every year for the next 5 years at 25% of the balance owed until paid in full for my portion of the settlement in 2022.  They did not fund their settlement requirements for 2019 of which my total settlement is only going to be $624.95.  

Then in 2018 they called me and begged me to do more BPO's for them.  I refused but they led me to believe that they were paying current and that I would receive payment for the new files within 60 days.  I like an idiot did go ahead and accept the work.  Total for the new work not included in the class action suite is $1250.00  

I was told today that I was not going to receive any of this because they filed bankruptcy for all of their companies on December 30, 2019.  There are a total of 5 companies I think that they work under.

They are a total rip off and scammers. So done with them and now I don't know if I can trust any BPO Company.
