This company is an internet scam company ran by a scam artist by the name of Walter Coats. They have the lowest rating of ranking of "f" by the BBB.
They contacted me via the internet and do all their business via the internet. I have done six (6) BPOs for this company without any payment. When I inquired about payment for my services they shut me off of their portal so I could not see my BPOs completed. Luckly I downloaded them.
I have contacted and filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and thru IC3.gov (site to report internet fraud.) This guy Coats needs to be put out of business before he harms any other people.
Here is the irony, they only take orders via credit card on their website, but say they never have any money. Well Mr. Coats your days are numbered, but I am sure you will find another business to scam people with in the near future.
If you get contacted by Vicki, Jeanette, Gavin, Andrea, or any of their other scammers, do not return the call unless you want to work for free!
Contact the Colorado Attorney General, IC3.gov, the office of banks and real estate for state of Colorado, and the federal trade commission that handles financial crimes.
Steer clear of these scammers!

I too have been a victim of BrokerPriceOpinion.com/First Valuation. I didn’t appreciate completing the BPO assignments on time with no quality control issues and then not getting paid. How frustrating!
Fortunately, I have teamed up with REOPro Default Professionals and a debt collector to help those of us agents who have been burned by these fraudsters.
If you can provide me a spreadsheet of the orders you have completed and how much you are owed along with some type of proof that you were assigned the order. I can help you recover money owed to you.
