I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and was contracted by Broker Price Opinion to perform visual/drive by appraisal services for homes being foreclosed in the Houston, Texas, area. We agreed to $20 to $80 per appraisal. Between February and July of this year, I submitted 30 appraisals. I am owed over $1,000 and they tell me they will schedule the payment but can never give me a date.  They have already been paid by the banks but refuse to pay me.  I have a complaint into the BBB to help mediate and get my payment and I also wrote to the Colorado State Atorney General Office.  They are keeping a file and advised me today that if there are enough complaints they will open an investigation and prosecute this theiving dishonest company.
