brokerpriceopinion.com firstvaluation.com Brokerpriceopinion.com Does not pay you for your BPO's EVER! Internet

Realtor's beware!!! If you are looking for some extra cash and think BPO's is the way to go DO NOT do any BPO's for Brokerpriceopinion.com or firstvaluation.com. The companies are one and the same and they will not pay you. 

I did 8 BPO's for them between the end of May 2014 and the end of June 2014. I noticed in July that I hadn't received payment. The lady I spoke with told me that it would take 60-90 days from the date of completion before you receive your pay. I thought that was a ridiculous amount of time but it was better than nothing. So I decided I would not accept anymore assignments until I started receiving payment. So August marked 60 days...no checks in the mail. Then September marked 90 days...no checks in the mail. I contacted their accounting deparment, he emailed me the following: 

"I see that your account was already scheduled for payment. Regrettably, we have fallen behind in our scheduled payments and have not yet been able to send these out. We are asking that you please bear with us a little longer as we are waiting on some receipts to come in so that we may send these out. We know it’s been a long time already and hope that you accept our apologies and rest assured that your orders are indeed scheduled and will be sent as soon as possible."

Now it's October, still no payment. After reading the other reports, I doubt I'll ever receive payment for the work I did.
